Help ... I don't understand what is driving the decline!
This stock:

 - Has a relatively high yield
 - Has a relatively safe dividend
 - Had a recent bought deal for $10.15 Canadian
 - Profitable company
 - US assets increasing in value relative to Can $$
 - The occupancy rates are improving
 - The US economy is doing relatively well and improving

What is causing the downward pressure on the stock price.
