Merger considerations

Merger considerationsI fully agree with Quakes assessment on the vote . Most retail investors vote with the sell button if they don't like the deal. The only way the deal will be stopped by the vote will be for investment firms to vote against which is very unlikely. Any shareholder who thi ks the merger deal is holding down the share price needs to look at a chart of the share price in the past 2 years. Early in the new find of PLS a good drill report resulted in a normal upward movement in the price. Somewhere along the line this all stopped and regardless of how good a drill report was, traders scooped a quick profit and the price went nowhere. We continue to get drill results that other explorers can only dream about. Result zero! What makes you think this will change if the merger is voted down! The merger is a good plan to end up in a better place if we don't get a resonable offer before the close.
