Intotheblue: I think you miss the point. Investors are frustrated by the lack of transparency and the missed delays. PEA was promised in May 2014, and we all thought that the separation process would be way more advance than what we learned. Nothing was ever said to explain the delays. Obviously, if GMA's share price was at $3, let say that there would be a bit less complaints.
