The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Mouserman's MMT (Mart) at C$0.20 from C$0.60

For those who listened to the smart a$$ of the PTA board aka "Mouserman" alias, his favorite MMT (Mart) plunges today down to C$0.20.

A few weeks ago, he suggested you again and again here at this board to load MMT at C$0.60.

I told you to not buy MMT because the deal would fail, the suitor could not find financing because the offer was too high while MMT has A LOT OF DEBT too.

A few weeks ago, "Mouserman" was pumping hard heavily indebted Iona (INA.V). INA.V is at 3 cents today and ready to go broke.
