I think the EMH theory is essentially bunk, especially in this narrow breadth market.  Everyone is in ETF's, AAPL, or Shake Shack.  Its why they have run from the so-called "cigar butt" stocks.

This company is a good capital allocator; they buy back the stock when its low and conserve cash the rest of the time with several upside options (ATC, RK their biggest stakes).

SMD checks the box on your 3 items, IMHO.
