Thnxs quakes for your posts they are very helpful. My own thoughts are that the better the summers drilling and the better the PEA, the better off we are, whether the merger goes thru or not. All these valuations by analysts are going to have to be redone after the summer drilling and PEA, and that likely applies to both companies. I'm just surprised at the timing of the vote so close to the PEA and which I have been told will not likely include all of the summer drilling. I suggested delaying the PEA and the vote, but so far no cigar. When do we see the prospectus from each company on this? After the PEA? Isn't there rules for how long after a prospectus, shareholders have time to review and decide? Seems all very rushed to me. sudsie enjoying da cool breezes here at cottage, but it's 80 in the shade, so no snow today, lol
