Love Your Cheap@$$ Neighbor

Love Your Cheap@$$ NeighborKaminak offers an after-tax NPV of C$464.5 million for a market cap of $100.6 million (i.e., you get $4.61 for every $1 you put in) at a gold price of C$1,473.68 (see Table 22-9 in the PEA).

Kaminak needs to build a road through the neighboring Nucleus deposit that belongs to Northern Freegold. See page 10 of this presentation:

Northern Freegold offers an after-tax NPV (5%) of $357.8 million for a market cap of $1.4 million (i.e., you get $255.57 for every $1 you put in) at a gold price of C$1,484.69 (see Table 1 in the PEA).

So for every dollar you put into a future mine, would you rather buy into Kaminak and get back $4.61? Or would you rather buy into Northern Freegold and get back $255.57?

Bring it on, Haters!
