Voting No will be just prolonging the uncertainty with elevated risk.. If one takes 1/10 shares in Almonty, we may eventually collect if Tungsten recovers and risk for Woulfe share holders of going broke and losing the project disappears..
So if one is still holding shares and voting No, that tells me that they don't have any serious money in the outcome.. On the other hand, if some one has substantial shares and dollars invested in Woulfe and stilling vote no because they want to punish previous management, then yes, it would be pretty a stupid move..
Previous management (Dundee) has happily moved on and have reduced their risk.. Previous directors and other interim managers, are mostly holding Options so they had no skin in the game..
