Thanks for providing this information Volfram...... now the intrigue only thickens. Why has Black instructed KSS to call shareholders regarding their vote? Why can't he wait until next week? Is he worried that the merger won't pass?
Well something has got him concerned, because why would he fork out money (albeit Wof funds for now) to KSS for a futile activity?
Perhaps it may be due to those stupid voters voting No.
