RE:NMI to team up with Ark at Union Reefs mill - 55/45 splitYa know, I kinda like this agreement... Assuming Ark pays for the full cost of mining the ore and
bringing it to the mill while NMI pays for milling the ore or maybe only pays for their share of the
milling. (I would like to see the full agreement and know who is responsible for which expenses)

As they are the only mill in the area,, I would suspect NMI drove a hard bargain...  and they get
45% of the profits...  with little or no work as the mill is currently under-utilized.. 

Also the agreement is only binding for 18 months, giving NMI time to start mining their own ore
in the area and stock pile close to the mill if necessary... Sounds good to me....
