Of course, something reasonable has to be presented for signing, if "signed cooperation" is to be signed in the first place, eh Junglej? The Appeals Court ruled in favour of American Creek last March and now it's going on five months later, so where are we? What's happening? How long does it take to draw up a "standard" agreement, right?
Oh that's right, Teuton is supposed to be the one that draws up all the documents that have to be signed. How forgetful of me. What more proof do you need that Teuton is not cooperating with American Creek? American Creek should sue Teuton for not being cooperative. Doesn't anyone at Teuton know the meaning of the words, "fiduciary responsibility?"
