didn't read the NR but my question is didn't house 1 have knowledge of this outcome as they were unloading shares. I would think that after the stock is firmly in the toliet they will be issuing shares for debt again and yes all the current shares holders will be reduced to next to nothing. JMHO BWTFDIK
