Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. Yes, Fennec will receive a voucher on approval of Sts.

As as an orphan drug specializing in children's disease the U.S. Government grant this voucher as an incentive.

The voucher was trading around 50 million a couple of years ago, but looks like the market value has increased substantially.
