fwiw......

fwiw......Some of you may know I sold my position in dec about a month or so ago.  I'm still out but just thought I'd add my 2 cents worth......

-  very encouraging for dec investors that management has finally announced its agm

-  most would have liked it to be sooner, but av's comments re: push-back date are valid

-  imo, sp will likely soften in st without an immediate positive pr re: financing, drill results, etc.

- some st indicators are overbought and there's an up gap to C$0.02 that most likely has to
be filled before pushing any higher

-  imo, downside risk before agm of a capitulation sell-off testing C$0.02 before sp can
   challenge heavy resistance at C$0.04.
