Just my opinion ....
I think you make some very good points -  I know in the diamond business in the past , product supply control was a very  important  factor ...
What is Lucara's  criteria for releasing news on exceptional stone  diamond finds to the market?
As you suggest - They may have enough exceptional diamonds now for another 2 exceptional diamond tenders in 2015 .... will it happen ... I am guessing not ... as I think the company maybe be locked into a 2015 revenue number... They control what part of Karowe they are mning - and  what  they process
They are sitting on a growing stockpile of cash as well .... If they aren't doing a stock buy back .. why not a 2 for 1 stock consolidation? I don't think some of the  analysts like roughly
400 million shares floating in the market...and I don't think investors like the current SP ....
Jeff77d  - I think "trust/transparency"    is important here ...
