lscfa wrote: Mgmt clearly states that they expect royalty revenue to exceed the $1.5 million/yr floor significantly. Also, a large dividend is unlikely since mgmt said they have many acquisition opportunities. Rowland said in CC they will entertain a dividend (discuss) further...details on this will be forthcoming. I suspect a porition of the upfront capital will be paid out in a special dividend-or Rowlands would have been more direct in his response to the question. It should also be noted that what was announced is the basic framework or spine of the deal-but that the release put out there is language to the effect "it is expected the two companies will negotiate a deal to definitive status" or something to that effect...using Stockhouse to copy and paste the exacting wording is risking getting bumped out of the site as Stockhouse cannot handle its own traffic during market hrs it seems and bumps members out when a certain capacity number is hit. I would like to see $8million paid out in cash. A question I been asking myself as there is lanaguage about new contracts in the 3rd and 4th Q I think it said pertaining to taking effect...does that therefore mean that the existing contracts-one running for a 10yr duration remain as revenue flow to Eurocontrol entirely even tho possibly now being under the SICPA brand vs GFI? Wish i could get back to the NR again without exiting stockhouse bullboard feature to read it again. If so? Great...but they worded the release very poorly in that regard.SS
