Exactly!

There is a lot of privatization taking place in these difficult market conditions, and the normal course of action would be to offer the current shareholders a "fair" offer that they would vote "yes" on! 

But to delist the stock and force the current shareholders to become private [non-liquid] owners of a foreign company, with a project in foreign country, with no regulatlion or oversight.....is absolutely crazy to me. 

Not to mention that the company had to know that they would crash existing market value with this type of news. 


I wonder who the buyers are today? 


Vote No!! 

Because the insiders cannot vote on this, and they own a majority stake.....the retail shareholders have a shot at finally winning a vote on corporate matters. :)
