In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

You seem to not realize there are two explanations to their censure. 1. They, through gross inexperience, had no corporate legal consul to make sure they did nothing illegal and open themselves to shareholder lawsuits; 2. They set out to intentionally pump the share price with putting data in a best light and misrepresented tmelines, resource quality, etc. Guess we'll see how long it takes to clear all this matter up, but it isn't going a few days or weeks.
