This can be looked at in many different ways but a reduction in expenses has to be seen as positive.

Add this to the fact that the Company had little difficulty in raising capital at 35 cents a share recentl. It clearly shows the confidence that those close to the Company have in Andrew's ability to be successful with Edgewater.

Cash does not appear to be a problem as Edgewater has the ability to raise what it requires and the recent PP is evidence of this
