Deal with Columbus Copper

Deal with Columbus CopperThe shareholders of Columbus Copper will give their votes on the proposed deal
with Energulf on a meeting sept 25.For the deal to go through 66.67% will have to approve.
Columbus Copper has a rather good financial situation.According their latest MD&A an exploatation license has been approved on part of their chromite property and theoretically they could start mining. For some reason their management thinks Energulfs projects are more promising.
Will the shareholders of Columbus Copper vote for the deal?
If I was a shareholder I probably would not.Its uncertain what will happen with Lotshi and 1711.
Positive news regarding Lotshi and 1711 before the voting takes place would make it more likely
the shareholders will approve.I hope the management of Energulf and Columbus Copper planned it that way.
