I have looked at a number of those shale fracker financials and you would be surprised at how many of them would be classified as "weaker." The balance sheets are an absolute horror show with huge debts and virtually no free cash flow. The "stronger hands" will buy up select properties but the number of stronger hands is going to be a lot less than the market thinks. Bankruptcies are on their way and as they happen it will be interesting to see what happens to American production. The reality check is just about here.
