RE Re Vote Yes

RE Re Vote YesFCU has a string of drill reports that are far and away better than any drill reports I have ever seen. I have owned a bunch of exploration stocks over many years. So I certainly will vote no ,if somebody can convince me this is the best option.
At this time all I see is an 80 cent stock that should be $3.00 based on what they have found regardless of what future drilling uncovers.
I discounted the stock price action as traders taking advantage of a good stock and could skim off profits ,thus the lack of price movement. Now I truly believe Cameco or one of the other big producers or maybe more than one of them is involved . The merger will help prevent a low offer being accepted. If the merger is approved we still own the PLS and a bunch of other undervalued assets. Better than taking  $1.50 which many short term investors will probably take.
Bottom line is that retail investors will have zero effect on the outcome as even if we all vote no the deal will proceed . Best hope for a good offer before the close.  If anybody has an example of a exploration stock defeating a takeover/merger recommended by management , please post the name.
