Management and Directors Buying and Darrell Sells

Management and Directors Buying and Darrell SellsSo I was doing some research on Sedi with respect to a few of the companies I hold (including Blackbird).

When I got to Blackbird I noticed something very interesting - Management and other directors (including the CEO) has been buying stock but one director has been consistently selling).

What the F*** is this director doing - he is definitley out of step with the company or he would probably be buying.

This got me looking into a little bit more on Darrell, the director in question.

1) I have been a shareholder in this co since the pennant acquisition and I looked at the assets that were brought into Blackbird through Ruger Energy (Darrell's company that merged with Blackbird). These sask assets that Darrell managed / put together appear to have been a real dog's breakfast. These assets have now been sold as per quarterlies.

2) What caused him to not be with the company, clearly there is more to this because in my time investing I have rarely seen an officer / director released with such a terse statement.

This brings me to my final point.

3) Why is the guy still on the board: management is buying and he is selling. He is no longer managment and it woud appear he is not helping with operations or financing...so what is this guy doing.

I am going to start to research what he did that got him let go.

Also does anyone have is phone number?

This guy should not be on the board and I look forward to him being off come AGM time or sooner! Also I AM going to find out what he did

Iif there is a skeleton in Mr. Denneys closet be sure I will find it.
