this one dead in the water.I knew there was a problem when good news did not increase pps. Sold then at .58.  Would I buy now? No. Too many negatives. Who wants to buy a company that is not worth much anymore. I'm sure Midwestern is having their own share of problems. Including money. Low oil.  Sad story but it all started with goof ball CEO.  Glta
