Price of oil continues to be manipulated lower.....Chinese filling up their storage facilities at extremely low price.

Buying more HOU......Oil will soon see a $10-$15 pop IMHO......Average price of oil should easily level out to $50+.......

Dollar cost average is best way to play these leveraged ETF's......I'm happily sitting on $4.02 avg...with 35k shares as of writing....
