You are right about the number of shares Frank Giustra owns.Could be that Giuanulis owns shares
through some funds.For the deal to go through they will have to have about 12 millon yes votes out of 18 million.I dont think insiders own that much so I find it difficult to see the deal will go through without something positive happening for Energulf before voting sept 25.
