The Company covers over 75,000 gross (45,000 net) acres in Kaybob.

AMER down 38% from deal announcement

I don't know how much this affects PDQ total of cash+investments, as I don't know if the last two
1.5m-share payments are based on the VWASP at the time of the payment or at the time of the deal. So I guess the 38% drop in AMER stock means somewhere between $2m and $2.3m
