The former management were guys who did a good job of guiding the company until the timing was right for the new team.
An enormous tip of the hat to the previous era management for their ability to recruit the new team, and having the ability to step aside for the necessary people when the time came to ramp up to the next level.
I don't think we can do much better than the top tier group assembled now. This is the dream team that will make or break it.

It's not that they are not making progress toward monetization, but that over the last couple of years so much was talked about, alluded to by management and many on these boards about the pending deal that just was inevitable due to all the circumstances that you've listed. It was a no brainer and yet here we are, attempting once again to scale yet another mountain with the promise at the peak. Will this be different? I think it will be for a myriad of reasons. Foremost will the CEO report in several weeks and today's announcement can not be happening in a void.
