RE:UBS Takeover?Good post. I think you are on the right track. That UBS buying is almost assuredly SICPA related and you can pretty much bet that once it gets to the point of SICPA having to pay 5 or 10 mil in royalties they will just do a T/O of EUO. Look for an advance warning notice soon that they have acquired 10% of EUO. They are about 1.5 or 2 mil shares away from that.
  They just agreed to pay the equivelant of .26 cents a share to EUO and some dummies are selling them shares at .14 cents of course they are going to snap them up.
