RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:deal or no dealI dont think ordinary shareholders will vote for the deal.(if nothing happens in regards to Lotshi and 1711 in the meantime).
Imo they will have enough votes with Giustras shares and with Dinaric shares.
Dinaric will only own shares if they get license 8.If they dont get it before the meeting Imo there will not be a majority of votes for the deal.
