RE:RE:RE:Almost Two Months Later... I couldn't have said it better, Hammer. What we've got is a bunch of old, stubborn, tin eared white men who have lost all sense of reality. Apparently, their decision making process is driven by ego rather than their actual fudiciary responsibility to ALL shareholders. Are there still shareholders (outside of the Board's cronies) that still feel this team can get it done? Does anyone really feel that another court battle is going to accomplish this? Come on, people. As C.C. says, they're going to drive this into the pink sheets. Where do you think they'll get the money to fight this thing again? What, offer 1,000,000 shares at $1 with another 500,000 warrants at $1.25? How far does this stock need to go down and how much more dilution do we need before we say enough. To "JUST DO IT", we need a Board that understands what approach needs to be taken. This isn't about ego, it's just about getting it done.
