RE:RE:Gianulis no longer director in Energulf ?Accordin to information on SEDAR published july 27 he stands as a candidate for reelection as a director in Energulf on the annual general meeting aug 31.
This development has to be of recent date.
I earlier speculated that other companies in Columbus Group could farm in to Lotshi after the deal with Columbus Copper is finished.Maybe there will be a property exchange regarding the chromite prospect within the group.If he resigned as it seems according to linkedin it could be in preparation of this kind of deals for him not to be in conflict of interest.
