Lots of talk of pump and dump here

You know I have read up on this alot
and 99% of the time its a website or a newsletter group
that is doing the pump and benefiting from the dump
I don't know if its ever happened here in Canada
but in the states it sure has
Lots of OTCBB companies didnt know what hit them.
Does anyone know if there has ever been that kind of thing in Canada.
