There are no real buyers stupid enough to invest in this dead money issue. Today intelligent investors are nibbling at SGY + 8% today, TOG and NBZ both up over 4.5% today. Avoid getting in bed with firms that lack a coherent focus and behave with unpreditable, inconsistency. Guys who make repeated excuses in the oil space never last very long.
