To do anything that helps American Creek while American Creek holds a dagger to Teuton's throat would be the equivalent of the Russia "cooperating" with Germany after June 22, 1941.
Your complaint is amazing, Misty. The defamation suit seeks to destroy Teuton, yet you would have Teuton "cooperate" with American Creek when, by cooperating, Teuton would be aiding significantly in its own destruction. This is what you would have Teuton do, because you own a lot of shares in American Creek and the wind has gone out of your sails. Your interest is in your American Creek shares and right now your shares are at three cents, a level well below the five-cent level required to avoid consolidation, if ever there is to be another private placement. Remember the garnishings, Misty? Remember Teuton's consolidation, Misty? How's it feel to be up against the wall, because your adversary doesn't "cooperate?"
Too bad, Misty, YOUR management has chosen a path that requires Teuton to do nothing that helps you out of your disaster. End the defamation suit -- unilaterally and without concessions -- and everything becomes possible. Continue the defamation suit and you'll enjoy the consequences you fear most. It's your choice. It's your management's decision, not Teuton's. As someone has written, Teuton doesn't need to explore at Treaty Creek to survive.
If Calgary dooms American Creek, Misty, and American Creek chooses to pursue its own doom, then you can blame Teuton and its lack of "cooperation" all you want. It seems to me that it is American Creek that is not cooperating with Teuton and pursuing the defamation suit forces Teuton to protect itself. Let that sink into your head or continue your whining and your slide.
