John D Elmore is CEO of the company Antares.According to earlier information from Columbus Copper they will issue 9 milion shares to Dinaric Energy(Antares) when they get hydrocarbon license 8 in Albania.
Another development is that Antares is being bought by ASB Capital.
John D Elmore will be CEO in the company,another director is Ramon Perez.He is connected to Peter Gianulis through Carrelton Asset management fund.
Imo there is a high probability that the two Antares´s is one and same company.That means that
John D Elmore is behind the hydrocarbon prospect in Albania.Next month will be interesting.
