RE:RE:RE:And there it is, in black and white
There is nothing to agree upon, Misty. Not anymore. You blew your wad and the lay of the land has changed dramatically. It changed when Judge Grauer ruled on the costs, so wake up. American Creek now holds nothing over Teuton, except a lawsuit that is the equivalent of the 'Blazing Saddles' sheriff pointing a gun to his head and threatening to shoot himself, if everyone trying to lynch him doesn't back off. You can bluster all you want, Misty, but if Teuton acts in its own best interest, it will have nothing to do with American Creek as long as the defamation suit is in place. Instead, it will watch as American Creek pulls the trigger.
So keep going down the road you're on, Misty. You know where it leads and you know it's not going to hurt Teuton. You have two choices. You can blame Dino and Teuton and me for all your difficulties as you sink into oblivion or you can change course, drop the lawsuit WITHOUT CONDITIONS, and start coming up with a standard agreement that allows Treaty Creek to be explored for the benefit of all of us. Cooperation is the key, Misty. Cooperation and realizing how impotent you really are.
