RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bagholder, bagholder, bagholder...Yep, there have been examples where the distinction is important. Although pretty sure they have said that background treatment and prior combo therapy was balanced between the arms - so that should ease that as a concern I believe.
