Solid companies in a balanced portfolio with proven records of steadly payeing and increasing dividends cross cecked and confirmed back and during 2008/9 mess.This is my criteria i'm 72 during the actual period just seat and collect montly and or trimestrial dividends,my personal portfolio is public.
