Yappn can claim it as revenue and since few rarely read very far into financials most don't realise Yappn doesn't get paid.
Then Yappn can pay INT and INT can claim it also as revenue. A double whammy. However Yappn has to borrow for this. Some of it is still owed to INT.

"For the year ended May 31, 2015, related party fees incurred and paid for general development and managerial services performed by Intertainment Media, Inc. and its subsidiary totaled $794,085. As of May 31, 2015 the related party liability balance totaled $468,766."
