In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

Well, this contract not real unless 10 terms are met? It is more real than anything PE has done. But, that doesn't matter, the take-away lesson here is: YOU HAVE ONE BUYER AND MULTIPLE SELLERS. THIS, AS LONG AS THERE HAS BEEN FREE TRADE,IS A RECEIPE FOR ALMOST NON EXISTENT PROFIT FOR THE SELLERS.
