i share the US attitude towards the TSX, TSV, etc. and it is the correct attitude. the regulators are "owned" by the "industry" so there is no fairness and tremendous criminality..every so often one is offered up for punishment but even that is a joke...read about the scheme Eugene Smellnic concocted when running ??/( pre company to valaent) it was very sophisticated fraud and yet the OSC was incapable of doing anything real or good
