Understood I think the reason the CEO has done this is to be pro active in this market...these guys already have a pretty good bank account ...so to me they are positioning themselfs to protect and expand deals they have ... this last year has seen lots of takeovers in Canada with exploration companies as well as miners ...
MTO needs to protect itsself and we sure can't do another hit at .05 .... 357 million shares and warrants is a killer and we still have debt ...and like some suggest around here when gold hits 1500 US we will be okay is crazy no one knows when wil get back there and who knows were the Canadian dollar will be when that happens !
I would love to see this little company make it but my feeling is that there are to many sharks in these waters!
