I don't believe for a second this started the ralley. the loser opec countries have been begging for a meeting for weeks. This is nothing in my opinion. I think this ralley is based on short covering resulting from a 1/2 punch of rebound in the market in general and the big draw this week. That's all it took as we were so depressed, like when citigroup leaked that letter on March 9th, 2009 saying they were making money. It was just an excuse to ralley. anyone would have worked. Blue
