September will bring good things

September will bring good thingsEarlier this year, some potential predators told NCU management what they wanted to see happen: 1. Do an IFS; 2. Get the permitting done; 3. Get the land transfer done; and, 4. Show us some good results from the UG drilling. In September, the predators will be back from summer vacation, and an updated data room awaits them with all of the above wish list having been accomplished. Site visits, if desired, can be done fast. Then, the bidding will start. And, as I have said before, the bids won't be constrained by traditional, normal bid premiums. The predators recognize that the NCU SP is artificially low due to NCU's limited free float and to general market negativity, and will be able to justify paying a premium higher than the "norm". I expect excitement by the end of September.
