If it was 2 SVL for 1 FR it would be fair and less complicated.
I thought the management had 10% of the stock but it looks like they have a lot less.
They would not do the sellout unless they got Sprotts blessing.
He has got the voting power.
So a sell out at the bottom of bear market.
