Note 11 of financials says "The XRF systems are licensed until February 2018."

Mgmt needs to be get more transparent and tell us they are doing to secure an extension of the license.

The other thing to note is that while everyone seems to be screaming about selling the petromark portion of the business, they are only licensed to use the tech for another few years before they would have to work out a new deal with the patent holder anyway. By focusing on the Xenemetrix portion of the business they no longer have that risk.
