RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Who is up for change ? Time for a straw poll. You've got my shares behind you, Icahn. This isn't personal, this is business. I lost all confidence in the present mgt during the re-evaluation process. I just don't think they can get it done. Quite frankly, I think they lack the skill set. But, even worse, I think the Board shares the same view on the direction of the company. So, there's no sensitivity to non-insider concerns. I don't know about everyone else, but I've lost a ton of money. But, as bad as things are, I see them getting worse with present mgt.
Two things I'm most concerned about. First, going to the pink sheets. Second, dragging this thing out until the next election where we stand a chance of getting an anti-mining party coming to power. If they go the legal route, I see the latter happening because of the time required for this process. As the present Board lacks the interpersonal skills needed to finnese their way through this delicate process, I think change could prove beneficial. I would just want to make sure the new board has both the aptitude & discernment to choose the right path and a comprehension of the sense of urgency to move this forward. In other words, we need a group that can hit the ground running. So, I trust these are issues that you are addressing while looking for the right team. I hope it will be sooner rather than later. May you have lots of mazel (luck) in your quest.
