RE:RE:RE:the new after-merger company stocks structureAll your numbers aside for now , what really drives a stock in a position like this is market sentiment , I mean just look , news like this would have doubled or tripled the price of many other junior mining companies , but LAC has performed so poorly , for so long , and has dissapointed so many investors to date , that people just won't touch it now at any price.
Mostly due to poor management inb my opinion.
Once the merger happens (assuming it does) , and the old management is put out to pasture , and the LAC ticker symbol is done away with , people will eventually forget about the old LAC and focus on WLC , we may find more willing buyers once again , hopefully driving share price up.
I don't really think any of the numbers are relevant yet , it all depends on the outcome of POSCOs decision and the merger , it's only optimistic buyers that drive share price up , and LAC doesn't have many of those anymore , but that could change soon.
