RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the new after-merger company stocks structureAnd I disagree with you as well , compare BCN , REM , WLC , ORL and LAC on a chart back to 2010 , LAC is at the very bottom of the heap.
How does a company keep share price up ?
They know how to sell their company , they keep momentum up when news is good and keep releasing news , they keep investors aware of their developments and in the public eye.
Our management has done none of that , they sit quiet for up to a year at a time , we dissapear from the public realm , they don't keep potential investors informed , they never have.
They diluted shares by 100% to pay themselves off , effectively cutting share price in half , but management came away with boatloads of money and share price never really recovered.
How is it that a small company with a small resource and no known way to extract their lithium as yet (BCN) , can be up by over 900 % , and a company with a proven resource , potential partners and proven extraction technology (LAC) , be down 80 % in the same time frame ?
The difference is in the Management and how they sell the company to investors , that's what it's all about with any public company , you have to sell shares to raise capital to go to production and profitability , these guys have never done that , while others like BCN have.
Every resource company is down ? , I don't think so , just the poorly managed ones.
